Number of Servings: 8


    Topping: 1 Cup packed brown sugar
    6 Tablespoons Country Crock margarine
    1/3 Cup whipping cream
    1 Tablespoon light corn syrup

    French Toast: 3 eggs
    1/2 cup milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    8 diagonally cut slices of French bread (3/4" thick each)


Spray 13x9 glass baking dish
Cook topping ingredients over medium heat until smooth
Spread in baking dish

In shallow bown, beat eggs with fork. Beat in milk, vanilla, and salt. Dip bread in egg mixture until absorbed.

Arrange bread into dish. Cover, and refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight.

Bake at 400 degrees F uncovered for 20-25 minutes. Let stand 3 minutes when taken out. After the 3 minutes, turn baking dish upside down to flip bread onto platter.
