Number of Servings: 48

Ingredients

    2 c. water in sauce pan
    1/4 c marg.
    1/4 c. b. sugar
    1/4 c. molasses
    3 t. salt
    Melt and bring to a boil.
    1 c. oatmeal
    1/2 c. sunflower seeds
    1 T. flax seed
    1 T. sunny boy
    1 egg
    2 c. cold water
    Mix with a beater. Add margarine beat for three minutes.
    1 c. water
    2 T. yeast
    1 t. sugar
    set aside, add to the other stuff. Mix flour in till it comes off the side 10-12c. Mix in kitchen aid. Punch down, let rise for half hour. Put in oven pan let rise half hour. 400F for 18m.

Makes four loaves.
