Kale is not something I usually have. I have never known what to do with it exactly. I challenged my professional cook husband to come up with something. This dish is it. So yummy! Ingredients

100g Boneless skinless chicken breast
1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Fuji or Honey Crisp Apple - jullienne
2 cups Kale, washed, ribs removed, and shredded
1Tbs sliced Shallot
or
2 cloves garlic chopped
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 Tbs Braggs
Directions
Season Chicken Breast with Salt and Pepper and grill with Pam to keep from sticking.
Heat a 2 Qt heavy bottom pot to to Med-Hi ; add oil and saute garlic until softened.
Add Apples and saute with garlic. Stirring often. Add Sesame Seeds, mixing well.
Add Kale and stir together, keeping the pan over the heat.
Add Lemon Juice and Braggs. Cook the Kale for 2-3 minutes until cooked through and season with salt and pepper.
Serve with Grilled Chicken Breast.
