Ingredients

    1/3 cup of olive oil
    1 tsp salt
    1 TB Splenda
    1 TB baking powder
    1.25 cups egg subsitute
    2 cups of flax seed meal

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix wet ingredients together. Add dry ingredients & mix well. Pour into a greased 11 x 7 pan.

Bake for 20 minutes. Serves 18.

    Delicious as is (and very filling, too). You can kick it up a notch by adding onion and/or garlic power, fresh chopped herbs (like rosemary) and a sprinkle of flax seeds. - 6/8/13
