Ingredients

24 hard boiled eggs, cooled & peeled
    3 c Vinegar
    1 Onion Sliced
    2 tbls red pepper flakes
    2 tsps hot pepper sauce
    2 tbls salt
    3 tbls mustard seed
    3 tbls peppercorns
    2 tsps sugar
    1/2 c cider vinegar
    2 tbls pickling spice
    1 tsp garlic powder
Splash of your favorite pickle or pickled vegetable juice

Directions

Combine all ingredients except the boiled eggs into a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat; cool. Transfer boiled eggs into a tall glass jar with a tight fitting lid and pour cooled liquid over eggs. Let sit on your counter or in your fridge for at least a week to develop the flavors. The eggs last at least a few weeks in the pickling liquid. You can also use a plastic container for storage; just be sure that the lid is tight fitting and the liquid is not really hot before you put it in the container.
