Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    Fresh Curly Parsley, minced.
2-3 Garlic Cloves, ground. (to taste)
    Gounded Nuts (Almonds, Macadamia, Pine)
*Bertolli Extra Light Tasting Olive Oil (Basically add as much as when it combines, there is still an oily consistency)
    Fresh Ground Pepper
    Italian Seasoning (to taste)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated on top.

Directions

While pasta is cooking. (I love pasta and this recipe enables 3 servings, one for me and my sister and a left-over container for lunch the next day - does reheat well :o)

Grind Nuts in a grinder, add parsley and garlic, pepper and seasoning.
Empty contents into a bowl.
Slowly add oil mixing contents together with a spoon.
- Enough oil to taste or when contents mixed together are not completely uniform (dragging the spoon through the mixture, you can see an oily consitency)
Have grated parmesan on hand to sprinkle over and serve.

Makes 3 "heeping" servings, more if being conservative.
Easy to make and takes less than 20min.
Basically the Stinky Pesto (because of the garlic) is ready before the water is finished boiling for the pasta)
