    Ingredients:


    Egg, fresh, 4 large (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)
    Butter, salted, 25 grams (remove)
    Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, .5 cup, shredded (remove)
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cup (remove)


Directions

Sautee onions and mushrooms. In bowl beat other ingredients except for mozerella. Add onions and mushrooms and mozerella. Place in 6" baking dish. Bake on medium/high for about an hour - until firm.
