-
14.5 oz box Ronzoni Smart Taste Elbow Noodles
1 lb Extra lean ground beef
2 Cans Del Monte Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic, Oregano (no salt added)
1 8 oz Can Tomato Sauce (no salt added)
1/4 C Heinz Ketchup
1 15.25 oz Can Whole Kernal Corn (no salt added) - Drained
Directions
Makes about 7 (1.5 Cup) servings.
** You will need a very large bowl or pot to mix everything after cooking! **
Cook the noodles and ground beef simultaniously.
Cook noodles according to package directions, drain and put in bowl.
Brown ground beef (add Italian spices if you like), drain, and rinse with hot water, pour on top of noodles.
If you like chunky tomatoes in your goulash you can just pour the tomatoes, ketchup, and tomato sauce onto the meat and noodles. If you prefer it less chunky, put tomatoes, ketchup, and tomato sauce in a blender and pulse a few times first then pour over meat and noodles.
Add corn, mix well and serve.
