    About 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    About 2 lbs top round beef
    16 oz fresh sliced mushrooms
    14 oz can of bean sprouts
    15 oz can cut baby corn
    9 oz can sliced bamboo shoots
    4 medium carrots medium sliced
    2 tsp old bay seasoning
    2 tsp Maggi seasoning
    2 tsp salt
    3 tbsp red cooking wine
    1 tpsp course black pepper


cut up beef and chicken into cubes and braise in large frying pan. Empty half the liquid from the cans of vegetables, sprouts and bamboo shoots and add to the frying pan. Add carrots and spices, cover and cook on medium heat for 45 minutes. Serve over prepared Maifun Rice Sticks and enjoy.
