Ingredients

    1/3 cup red onions, diced
    3 cups of broccoli florets cut into bite sized pieces
    2/3 cup of red &/or green seedless grapes, halved
    2/3 cup low fat mayo
    1/3 cup white sugar
    1 Tablespoon white vinegar
    1/4 cup sunflower seeds
    4 slices bacon, fried until crispy, then diced (20 slices/lb)

Directions

Makes six one cup servings

1. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.
2. In a large bowl, combine onions, broccoli and grapes. Pour dressing over vegetables and mix well, until well coated. Toss in sunflower seeds and bacon
3. Refrigerate if not serving immediately.
