Introduction

We love this recipe because the bits of sushi ginger add little sparks of flavor to this delicious fish. It's super easy. Avoid farmed salmon. Sushi ginger can be found in Superstore by the sushi counter or in the asian aisle. We love this recipe because the bits of sushi ginger add little sparks of flavor to this delicious fish.
