Ingredients
-
3 cups Sunflower Seeds, Raw & Milled
1.25 cups Flaxseed, Milled
2.5 tsp salt
2.5 tsp onion powder
3+ cups water
*veggie pulp (I use pulp from my veggie juice)
Directions
In large bowl add all dry ingredients. Use hand to smooth out in lumps.
Add enough water until mixture is soupy. As the mill sets the ingredients will swell and get gooey.
Stir in veggie pulp (if desire)
Smooth batter on to teflon sheet into square shape. Keep edges of bread/cracker at little thicker than inside. This will prevent the edges from drying out.
Dehydrate for 3 hours and flip bread/cracker over and dehydrate another 3 hours.
Slice bread into four or six quarters. Size depends on your preference.
Bread is thick and crackers will be thin.
Cooking time can vary depending on the thickness of your bread/cracker.
