Ingredients

    1 can FF Cream of Celery Soup
    3 oz FF Cream Cheese
    9-12 red yearling potatoes
    2 cups chicken broth
    1 cup cheddar cheese
    1/2-1 cup green onion
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Heat Cream of Celery & Cream cheese until thickened. Add 2 cups of chicken broth, potatoes and green onions. cook until potatoes are soft. add salt & pepper to taste. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. ENJOY!!
