Ingredients

1 Lb. package of extra lean ground turkey
2 cans of six bean medley (no salt added)
    6 tomatoes - diced
    1.5 cups of mushrooms, sliced
Half of a large onion - diced
3 tsp. of garlic (or to taste)
    1 can of tomato paste

Directions

Cook the turkey in a large pot on medium heat, until fully cooked. Cut up the onion and add it, stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and mushrooms. Dice up the tomatoes and add them as well. Finally, open the beans and tomato paste and add them to the pot. Season to taste with chili powder, salt, pepper, chili flakes, or anything else that suits you. Lower the heat to a simmer, and put a lid on the pot. Let simmer for about 30 minutes, tasting occasionally and adding seasoning as required.
