Ingredients

    250 g chick peas (one can drained)
    I large mango 250 g cut into small pieces
    I red pepper diced into small pieces
    cilantro 4 tbs
    2-3 tbs lime/lemon juice
    salt and pepper and dash of tabsco according to taste

Directions

Toss all the ingredients together and add salt, and pepper to taste for a bit of extra kick add a dash of sweet chilli or tabsco sauce.
