Ingredients

    1 c. water
    1 tsp. 100% cranberry juice
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tbsp. flax seed oil
    1/4 c. plain yogurt, whole milk
    1 scoop Body Fortress vanilla whey powder
    1/2 c. frozen blueberries
    1/2 c. frozen blackberries
    2 tbsp. flax seed meal, freshly ground

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Will thicken as it stands.
