This is the best recipe I've found for a quick but delicious dessert. I've done lemon, raspberry and key lime, all were wonderful. For Christmas I'm doing raspberry, spreading some cool whip on top, sprinkling with a bit of green sugar in a tree shape then using fresh raspberries for ornaments. - 12/14/13

    Incredible!
This was super easy and super delicious! I can't wait to try another flavor! My only suggestion is to make sure all the jello is dissolved, otherwise you get little jello chunks in it. But it is super yummy with the consistency of cheesecake! - 7/6/11

Lightens up lemon for us lemon lovers. Could also be done without a crust. - 3/7/11
