    Egg Yolk, 1 large (remove)
    Trader Joe's Sweet Apple Chicken Sausage, 1 serving (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 3 medium (remove)

Directions

chop sausage and mushrooms, add all ingredients to frying pan. scramble away
