Ingredients

    1 c whole wheat flour
    1/2 c oat bran
    1/2 c ground flax meal
    4 egg whites
    1/4 c honey
    3/4 c splenda
    1Tbsp baking soda
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    1/4 c water
    1- 20oz can crushed pineapple in juice undrained


Directions

Stir all ingredients together mixing well. pour in a glass 13x9 glass pan. bake at 350* for 25 min. do not overbake.
