Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Base:
    2 & 3/4 cups filtered water
3 scoops Wellements protein powder (optional)
3 tsp. bee pollen (make sure you are not allergic)
1/2 whole lemon (with seeds and peel)
    3 Tbsp. flax oil

    Greens:
1 lb raw washed greens (spinach, chard, kale, collards - experiment with other greens)
    2 stalks celery
    1 avocado (optional)

    Fruit:
    2 bananas, frozen in chunks
2-4 cups frozen fruit (berries, pears, peaches, oranges, etc)

Directions

Add Base ingredients to a BlendTec (3qt jar) or VitaMix blender (reduce ingredients accordingly for smaller jar) and blend for 30 seconds (other blenders not recommended because they typically can not puree all these ingredients)

Gradually add Greens pulse blending occasionally until the mixture reaches the 6-cup line, then puree for 90 seconds

Gradually add Fruit pulse blending occasionally until the container is very full (9 cups or more), then blend for 90 seconds.

A serving size is 16 oz, makes approximately 6 servings. Recommended consumption for adults is 2 servings per day, children 1 serving per day.

Store unused portion in tightly capped glass jar in refrigerator for up to 48 hours. Shake well before serving.

May be frozen for longer storage - be sure to allow room in glass jar for expansion during freezing. Thaw and shake well before serving.
