Introduction

1 serving is approximately 1/4 cup
Recipe yields approximately 9 cups
This all depends on how you prep you tomatoes etc.

I have put in the recipe with the most fattening ingredients so there are easy changes to make to lighten the recipe up
**use non fat mayo and miracle whip or 1/2 the amount of mayo etc**

Variation -- 1 cup of non fat mayo - 1/2 cup non fat yogurt - 1/2 cup of vinager - 2 Tbs agave nectar - in place of the 1c mayo/1c miracle whip

FYI this recipe makes A LOT!!! It is meant for large party etc but is very easy to cut in half.

Ingredients

--12oz of Bacon Bits or crumbled bacon ( I use Oscar Meyer Real Bacon crumbles meant to top salads etc - they are in the grocery store by the salad dressings and condiments - it is way faster and cleaner than trying to fry that much bacon ) **I have also used pre done turkey bacon this way but since I have moved I have not been able to find it since***
--3 pints of grape tomatoes chopped (I have made this recipe many times and if I have time I quarter the grape tomatoes by hand but have also used the slicing disc on the food processor to speed up the process - both ways are equally tasty)
--1 bag of pre prepped coleslaw mix ( ie Fresh Express etc)
    --1 cup of Mayo
    --1 cup of Miracle Whip

Directions

Combine all the ingredients together in a very large bowl and mix together well.

Refrigerate for about 1 hour prior to serving

Serve with crackers
