Ingredients

    1 - 10oz can of chicken, drained
    1 medium apple, cored and chopped
    3/4 cup green seedless grapes, sliced
    1/4 cup chopped walnuts
    1/4 cup carrots, finely diced (about 4 baby carrots)
    1/4 cup celery, diced (about 1 stalk)
    1/4 cup Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise
    Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions

Shred chicken; core and chop apple (do not peel). Mix all ingredients together and chill. Makes 6 servings (1/3 cup each). Per Serving 171 Calories
