Introduction

Great way to get in some veggies! Perfect for lunches and bbq's. Great way to get in some veggies! Perfect for lunches and bbq's.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    4 cups cauliflower, chopped
    2 cups broccoli, chopped
    1/2 cups sweet onion, chopped
    1 cup carrots, chopped
    1 cup sweet red pepper, chopped

    Dressing:
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
    2 tbsp. sugar

    Mix up all ingredients and allow to sit for at least 2 hours before serving it. It will get better as it "sits". It will keep up to two weeks. Enjoy!
