Tasty mix of oats, nuts, raisins and coconut. It's very quick to mix up a batch, and it contains no sweetener other than raisins. With milk or soy milk, and fruit, satisfies hunger until lunchtime. Ingredients

16 oz (4 c.) rolled oats
4 oz (1 c.) toasted sunflower seeds
4 oz (1 c) toasted pecans or walnuts, chopped
4 oz (1 c.) raisins
3 oz (1 c.) shredded coconut, unsweetened
Mix well, store in a jar. Makes 16 servings.
One serving is 2 oz, or 1/2 cup.
Directions
Add all ingredients to a big mixing bowl. Mix well, store in a covered jar. I use my digital kitchen scale to measure ingredients by weight, and to measure servings, but measuring by cups also works.
