Directions
Brown veggie crumbles. Add tomato sauce, garlic salt, onion, and taco seasoning; simmer for 5 minutes and set aside. In a large bowl, mix chilies, cottage cheese, and sour cream. Set aside.
Line bottom of deep 2-quart casserole with 2.5 tortillas. Layer half the sauce mixture, half the cheese mixture, and then half of the cheddar cheese. Repeat layers. Cover with remaining tortilla wraps. Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes.
