Ingredients

    1 lb. Lean Ground Pork
    3/4 c Frozen Seasoning Blend (onions, peppers, celery, parsley, etc)
    1 c fully cooked Quinoa
    1 medium egg
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 450degrees
mix all ingredients together
spray muffin tins and scoop mixture into each cup
cook thoroughly

Serving Size: 1-2 muffins

    Very Good
    Not bad for being so unusual. I used fresh vegetables and froze a couple meatballs to be baked at a later time for a quick meal. - 8/12/11
