3/4 c Frozen Seasoning Blend (onions, peppers, celery, parsley, etc)
1 c fully cooked Quinoa
1 medium egg
1 tbsp soy sauce
pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 450degrees
mix all ingredients together
spray muffin tins and scoop mixture into each cup
cook thoroughly
