Introduction

Ingredients

    Oat Bran, 0.15 cup (or to desired amount - can be omitted)
    Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat, .75 cup (not packed)
    Water, tap, 1/4 cup (8 fl oz) (less or more for consistency - can be substituted with milk)
    *Jelly-Elderberry (Trappist), 7 tbsp (or to taste)
    Honey, 1 tbsp (to taste)
    *Bob’s Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 4 tbsp (or to desired amount - can be omitted)

Directions
