Introduction

This is a recipe I love to use for St. Patrick's Day This is a recipe I love to use for St. Patrick's Day
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

Cooks Cornbeef brisket...I used the flat version there is less fat.
1 whole 12 oz bag of baby carrots
7 small potatoes red or white depending on your tastes
1 small head of cabbage red or green again depends on your taste
I also change up the type of vinegar...this time I used red wine vinegar or cider vinegar

Directions

This is my favorite dish to put into a crockpot. First put the brisket on the bottom of the crockpot. Then add potatoes and carrots. Then finally quarter the cabbage and place on top of all of the ingredients. It takes about 5 hours on high and about 9 hours on low.
