Introduction

These are quick and easy! I love making a few batches on sundays for the whole week. These are quick and easy! I love making a few batches on sundays for the whole week.

Ingredients

    1/2 Cup mashed banana

    1/4 Cup Flax meal

    1/3 Cup water

Directions

Smash banana. I used two small/medium over ripe bananas mashed well with a fork. You can also blend in processor or blender. In a small bowl mix bananas and flax meal. Begin adding water slowly. Only add as much as you need to get a smooth consistancy, like soup or batter. Spread onto dehydrator trays in 4 equal circles. You want the cakes to be about 1/4" thick and 6 inches around. Dehydrate for approx 4 hours, or until soft but solid.

Can be kept in fridge for 5 days. Serve with honey, almond butter, or any raw Kream, fresh fruit, raw jam... possibilities are endless.
