Ingredients

3 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
4 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Sweet peppers (bell)
1 cup Beans, black
1 cup Beans, pinto
1.50 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
16 oz 85% Lean Hamburgers
2 serving Wyler's beef boullion (1 cube/1 cup prepared) (by THEKWONGDZU)
Directions
1. If using dry beans, soak the night before, or speed soak, according to package directions, and then cook according to the directions on the bag.
2. Spray large pot with cooking spray. Saute onions and peppers over medium heat until just starting to brown. If you have some bell peppers looking for a purpose, chop those and saute them with the onions.
3. Add ground turkey to the onions. (If the pan is not big enough, you can save the onions on a plate while you brown the meat, and add them back in when the meat is brown.) Cook, breaking up meat with a spoon, until cooked through, about 6 min.
4. Add spices, garlic, beans, tomatoes and chicken broth to the ground turkey. Also add onions back into the pot if you saved them off to the side while you browned the meat.
5. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Can simmer all day on the stove, in a very low oven, or in a crock pot.
6. Can garnish with black olives and green onions or cilantro.
