Ingredients

    2 Chicken Breast
    2 Chicken Wings
    1 tsp Mrs. Dash
    2 tbsp Jamaican Style Curry Powder
    1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
    1.5 tbsp Allspice
    1 tsp Thyme
    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 clove Garlic
    12 Baby Carrots
    1 cup chopped, Onion
    1 cup chopped, Tomatoes
    2 cups tap, Water


Directions

Wash the chicken in lemon or lime juice or vinegar. Cut chicken breast and wings into smaller pieces. Season with curry powder, thyme, allspice, Mrs. dash, cayenne pepper. Let it marinated over night or 1-2 hours. Add olive oil to pot wait for it to heat then add the chicken. Brown chicken on each side for five minutes. Add onions, tomatoes, garlic, baby carrots. Finally add water, lower heat, cover and simmer for 1-2 hours.

Served with brown rice.
