    175 g flour, 25 g oat bran, 100 g almond meal, 85 g sugar, 1 stick butter, 1 egg, 1/ 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp baking powder.

    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, juice of 1 lime, 5 apples, sliced.


Do not peel apples! Cut in quarters, remove core and slice apples thinly. Sprinkle with lime (or lemon) juice and cinnamon, set aside.

Grease and flour springformpan.

Mix all other ingredients in food processor with dough blade, until formed into dough. Turn out onto table, silicone mat, or baking board. Roll out 2/3 of the dough to fit into bottom of springform with about 1/2 inch coming up the sides. Add apples. Roll out remaining third of the dough and place over apples.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
