Salmon 16 oz boneless, skinless
*Lime -juice of 2 lime
*2 tsp Olive Oil
*2 cloves minced garlic
*Atlantic Salmon (fish)fillet skin removed , 16 oz
*1/2 tsp Chili powder
*1/2 tsp sea salt
*1/4 tsp Pepper
*2 Tbsp.Cilantro, raw,chopped
veggies
*1 cup. zucchini
*1 large red bell pepper
* 4 cups Broccoli chopped
*1 tsp Olive Oil
*1/4 tsp Lawry's garlic salt
*1clove minced garlic
* dash black pepper
Directions
1. In a small bowl mix lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, garlic cloves and cilantro with whisk. Salt and pepper salmon. Then brush with lime mixture. wrap salmon loosely with foil and cook on indoor or outdoor grill until cooked Thoroughly about 15-20 min. until fish is firm.(If using oven 450 *).
2.While fish is cooking chop veggies. In skillet add 1 tsp olive oil, red bell peppers, zucchini saute , then add broccoli , minced garlic and 1/4 cup water cover and cook until tender. about 7 min. more. season with garlic salt , pepper and butter.
Serve salmon with veggies enjoy.
