Introduction

I just threw this together...it was quick and easy. Saw similar recipes online but just used what I had in the kitchen. I just threw this together...it was quick and easy. Saw similar recipes online but just used what I had in the kitchen.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    .75 lbs. thinly sliced sirloin
    2 T. Olive oil
    1/2 onion sliced
    1 cup mushrooms sliced (I used portabellos)
    2 T soy sauce
    1/4 cup light or fat free sour cream
    1 can 98% fat free Cream of Mushroom Soup

    Cooked Brown Rice

Directions

Cut sirloin into strips - about 1 1/2 inches long and 1/2 inch wide. Slice onions and cut up mushrooms. Put olive oil in pan and cook onions until tender. Add mushrooms and meat. Cook about 3-4 minutes. Add soy sauce, soup and sour cream. Stir and heat throughout. Serve on top of brown rice. Salt and pepper to taste.
