    Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp
    Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, 4 cup
    Fiber One Cereal, 1/2 cup slightly crushed
    Post Bran Flakes Cereal, 1 cup
    Post Grape-Nuts Cereal, 1/2 cup
    Almonds, 0.5 cup, sliced
    Sugar Free Pancake Syrup, 1/2 cup
    Honey, 1/3 cup


Preheat oven to 300� F.

2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients toss well. Spread on large cookie sheet and bake 35-45 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.
