Introduction
A little dry, but saves 80 cal per slice over traditional banana bread. Spread a little Light Smart balance buttery spread on it and pop in the microwave for 20 seconds and it's really pretty tasty. Ingredients

(3) very ripe bananas (mashed)
1/4 cup skim milk
2/3 cup splenda
(3) Tbsp smart balance oil (try applesauce for even less fat)
1/2 tsp vanilla
(3) eggs
2 2/3 cup of Hodgson Mills Whole Wheat Insta Bake (Like Bisquick)
1/3 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Mix all ingredients except Insta Bake and nuts. Add insta bake and nut. Mix well. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
