I like to use this recipe as a pizza crust recipe. Just prepare the bread as the recipe instructs, then top with sauce, cheese, and toppings before baking. Bon appetit! Ingredients

    2/3 c. water
    2 T. olive oil
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. bread flour
    1 1/4 tsp. yeast
    -------
    1 or 2 minced garlic cloves
    1 tsp. dried rosemary
    1 tsp. coarse salt
    2 T. olive oil
    2 tsp. grated parmesan

Directions

Put first 5 ingredients in bread pan in suggested order by bread machine instructions. Set for white bread, dough stage. Press start.
Preheat oven to 400F. Lightly sprinkle with corn flour on a baking sheet.
Remove dough and punch down. Let dough rest about 5 minutes. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough into a 1/2 inch thick round. Put on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with garlic, rosemary, and coarse salt. Lightly press into dough. Poke holes in surface with fingers. Pour remaining olive oil on top, and sprinkle with parmesan.

Bake about 20 mins/until browned.
