Ingredients

    1 C Butter milk or substitute (see instructions)
    1 C low calorie mayo
    1 tbls vinegar or lemon juice
    1 tsp salt
    4 tsp garlic powder
    4 tsp black pepper
    4 t sp splenda
    4 t sp paprika
    4 tsp parsley
    1 C dry minced onion flakes

Directions

To make substitute butter milk, combine 1 cup 2% milk with the vinegar or lemon juice and let sit for 5 minutes. Combine all of the dry ingredients well and keep in a well sealed container for future use.

Combine and buttermilk and mayo and add ONE TABLESPOON of dry mix. Combine well until semi-thick consistency and smooth. Store in the refrigerator.

Serving Size: Make 16 servings of 2 Tablespoons per serving
