Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Celery, raw, 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)
    Ginger Root, 2 slices (1" dia) (remove)
    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup (remove)
    Beets, fresh, 1 beet (2" dia) (remove)
    Garlic, 2 clove (remove)
    Apples, fresh, 1 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb (remove)

Directions

Wash veggies well and cut if needed to fit in juicer. Start with celery and apple which give you more juice and then add the rest. Drink immediately or same day for full nutritional value.

Serving Size: Makes 1 glass of juice

    Well I made this in my Nutra Bullet and well it's very hard to swallow, lol... However I didn't use as much apple as recommend due to the size of the container I mix it in, I gave it 5 stars because everything in it is so good for you, I suggest drink it fast and wash it down with water or a snack. - 1/4/15
