    Regular Coffee, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    *Canola Oil, .5 cup (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 1.75 cup (remove)
    King Arthur white whole wheat flour, 1.75 cup (remove)
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .75 cup (remove)
    Baking Soda, 2 tsp (remove)
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)

    FROSTING
    Butter, salted, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Lemon Peel, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields (remove)
    Water, tap, 1 fl oz (remove)
    Powdered Sugar, 3 cup, unsifted (remove)

Directions

Mix CAKE ingredients, pour into lined 9" pan, and bake for 50-60 min at 350.

Let cool completely.

Whip FROSTING ingredients together till fluffy. Ice cake, let set for 15 minutes, and serve.
