Introduction

Great bean dip for picnic, party or cookout. Great bean dip for picnic, party or cookout.

Ingredients

    2-16 once cans Pinto Beans ( Drained and washed )
    1-cup chopped onion
    1/2-cup green bell pepper chopped
    2- garlic cloves
    1-tbs vegetable oil
    1-tsp chili powder
    2-tbs cumin ground
    1-tbs white vinegar
    2-tbs catsup
    1/2-tsp salt

Directions

Saute Garlic and onion in vegetable oil to soften. Add green bell Pepper and cook until soft.

In a blender or food processor add all ingredients and blend to thick consistency. Serve with high fiber organic chips.
