    1 package Angle Hair Miracle Noodles
    1 can solid white tuna in water
    1 tbs chopped onion
    1 tsp chopped garlic
    1/2 tbs EVOO
    1/4 c water
    Spices of your choice


Rinse noodles under water for 1- 2 minutes, then drop into boiling water for 1 minute. Drain and dry on towel. Using the same pan, heat oil and add onion and garlic and spices. Cook until onions soften, then add tuna and water. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes, then add noodles and cook for another couple of minutes.
