2 c. chopped carrots
2 c. chopped celery
2 c. chopped onion
28 oz canned tomatoes
8 c. chicken broth

1 c. brown rice
fresh spinach
salt, garlic salt, pepper to taste
Directions
Cook meat. Add to all other ingredients except spinach and rice. Once veggies are tender, add spinach and rice.
