Ingredients

    Dry Ingredients:
    2 cups unsifted flour
    1.25 cups sugar
    2 Tsp Cinnamon
    2 Tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    .25 Cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    ---------------
    Wet ingredients:
    .50 cup of smart balance omega cooking oil
    2 large eggs beaten
    .25 cup coffee- brewed and cooled
    1.5 Tsp vanilla extract
    --------------
    2.5 cups sliced apples
    .75 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

mix dry ingredients in large bowl
mix wet ingredients in small bowl
blend together in large bowl
add apples and walnuts and stir together
spray bundt pan, spread evenly, bake 350 for 55-60 minutes. cool 5 minutes in pan, then flip onto plate
slice into 30 slices - enjoy warm or cooled.
