Introduction

Ingredients

    Beef rump roast or other (3-5lb)
    bag of baby carrots
    1 Cup of baby portabella mushrooms
    1 Cup beef broth (I used reduced sodium)
    3 cloves garlic
    1-2 sprigs fresh rosemary

Directions

Place carrots and mushrooms in bottom of crock pot. Place beef on top. Add salt and pepper to task . Sprinkle garlic and rosemary over beef. Add I cup of beef broth to crock pot. Cook on low for 8 hours (can go longer)
