Ingredients

    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)
    1.5t Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
    *Arrowhead Mills Organic Red Lentils - 1/4 cup, 3 serving (remove)
    *Wine, Chablis - 1c
    water, 1c
    *Soup - Roasted Pepper Tomato - Dr. McDougalls, 2 serving (remove)
    No fat greek yogurt, such as Fage, 1/2c

Directions

sweat roots in oil, add seasoning & lentils to coat, cook 2 min, stiring frequently. Add water & wine, boild, reduce to simmer for 10 min. Add soup, simmer 15 min or until lentils are tender. Serve with 1T yogurt garnish

Serving Size: makes 4 1.5c or add a bit of no fat milk to stretch to 5
