    4 chicken thighs, bone & skin removed
    1 box Stove Top Stuffing, prepared
    1 can FF Cream of Chicken Soup
    1/2 bag frozen Mixed Veggies
    1 cup Mushrooms, sliced


Place chicken in shallow baking dish. Cover with condensed soup. Layer on mixed veggies and mushrooms. Top with prepared stuffing. Cover with foil and bake at 350F for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 5 minutes.
