Ingredients

    Chicken Broth, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
    Garlic, 3 clove
    Shallots, 4 tbsp chopped
    Halibut (fish), 6 oz chopped into bitesize pieces
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Coconut Oil, 2 tbsp
    *Coconut Milk, 1 cup
    Broccoli (raw) 6 cups, florets and pieces
    *1/25 tsp red pepper flakes

Directions

Sautee shallots in olive oil and coconut oil about 5 miunutes. Add garlic and sautee another few minutes. Add halibut and continue to cook until opaque.

While this is cooking, steam broccoli until soft. Drain, keep about one cup of broccoli pieces and add to shallot mixture. Put the other 5 cups in a food processor and puree. Add 2 cups of chicken broth to broccoli as you puree. Add brocolli mixture to shallot mixture. Add red pepper flakes. Simmer until heated through.

Add 1 cup of coconut milk. Simmer another 5 minutes and serve.
