Number of Servings: 6


    1lb ground turkey
    1cup V-8
    1small onion
    1/2 lime
    fresh cilantro to taste
    mixed lettuce (bagged)
    2 roman tomatoes
    Chetter cheese


Cook ground turkey,drain. Chop onion and mix it with the cooked turkey in the pan. Add V-8, leave heat on simmer. Add your taco seasonings (cumin, paprika, garlic, etc...) Have lettuce in separate bowls for serving. Add cilantro, tomatoes, cheese, and taco meat.
