Ingredients

    Brown Sugar, 1 tbsp packed
    Chili powder, 2 tsp
    Ground cumin, .3/4 tsp
    Thyme, ground, 3/4 tsp
    Garlic powder, 3/4 tsp
    Cayenne, .1/8 tsp (
    Pork Tenderloin, 450 grams / 1 Lb

Directions

Combine all spices and rub evenly on pork.

Wrap pork up in plastic wrap and marinate for 2-6 hours.

Preheat oven to 200C / 400F and bake for 20 minutes or until meat thermometer registers 71C / 160F.

Let meat stand for 3 minutes before slicing .
